The price is applicable on the date on which you place your order.

Our creations are packed with the utmost of care. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the unexpected event of breakage, report to La Bottega del Vasaio at the time of delivery.

Payment is due in full before work is shipped.
A charge is added for custom orders and it varies according to the type of customisation. Please contact us for more detailed information.

RETURN
La Bottega del Vasaio strives to make the best quality work for happy customers. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@labottegadelvasaio.com within 5 business days. A refund will be issued for the product's cost only once received by us and checked.
After corresponding with La Bottega del Vasaio please ship back to the address provided and shipped insured. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Returns must be repacked in original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged due to shipping.
